NBA Boss-elect, vows to resign over rigging credible report revealed New NBA boss-elect, Olumide Akpata Badejo-Okusanya, on Tuesday, said he would throw in his resignation card, should it be established by compelling proof that the recent NBA presidential election was rigged. She said he would not lead an organisation founded on fraudulent presidential electoral outcomes.
Badejo-Okusanya gave the assurance during a press briefing addressed to stakeholders in and out of NBA over issues bothering on conduct of election to select him to lead NBA next executive council in a statement.

She had insisted he duly elected And is amenable to a formal inquiry.
“Indeed, if compelling evidence emerges indicating electoral impropriety, particularly where said impropriety may have directly occasioned my victory, I shall and unequivocally do resign this prestigious office,” Badejo-Okusanya said. Leadership within the Bar cannot be attained through dubious means or without public trust; it ought to be earned through credible and acceptable election processes.
She said the NBA Election Appeal Committee is still reviewing appeals against some electoral irregularities from some candidates who took part in the presidential election.
